Aligning your Life to your core Values
GROWTH being one of my core values ever since I remember myself (next to FREEDOM and AUTHENTICITY), means I will never settle in the 'expert' role. The moment I have learned something, my spirit calls me to evolve further. I spent and am still spending most of my free time and money on learning/unlearning, and I doubt it will change. :-)
In the past, I perceived it as a curse and was afraid to commit to one thing because I knew that sooner than later I'll find myself bored. And as soon as there is nothing more to learn, I'd quit.
I did not realize back then yet that committing to what I truly love right NOW is what's going to also give the biggest Growth. It's effortless, because inspiration drives. And even if I learn all about it one day, the fact that I pursue what I love, later opens another door, which was not visible before.
And now, not working for any authority and thus nurturing my value of freedom, I'm so enjoying building my work step by step drawing inspiration from inside as a reflection of what I see happening outside. There is just endless Growth!
If just about 2 years ago, I was creating a 1-year Tantra program "Expanding into Love" and it seemed challenging. And CHALLENGE is my favorite word, by the way. After a couple of runs of the 1 year program, I realized I felt like fish in water and my spirit was looking for a next challenge or growth. And so, the program expanded with new ways of me leading it, new modules...like the most recent Module 5 "I AM Journey in Silence" that will happen next fall in Egypt. The program for women expanded into its full Blossom and is now consisting of 2 retreats with guided self-practices in-between - so proud of this creation! And this month I'm stepping into a totally new domain of creation: a 6-Weeks on-line course "O-Woman!". I feel like a toddler again, as it requires me to develop new skills and I am again facing my inner saboteur more often now, but I'm also so up for it!
When I authentically follow my inspiration, things fall into place. It doesn't mean there are no difficulties, but I just see how everything conspires to make it work and all I need to do is to practice my patience, or develop new skills and act. Like, with the online course now, Dylan got totally on fire to support me with this project and I totally enjoy him learning next to me and driving it forward as he takes care of the programming and filming part.
It's so important to become aware what our core VALUES are and to align our private and professional life to them, because then it's just being in your element. It doesn't mean it's only FLOW all the time, but it means you are not questioning why you wake up every morning because your life is aligned to your core values.
Phew I remember questioning my whole existence when I was working for a corporate in a job with contradictory values to my personal set-up: boxed-in growth, dependent, and political environment. And now I also understand why I had many colleagues who blossomed there, because they were in a job which was aligned to their values.
Do what YOU love OR love what you do! There is no one specific way how it looks!
And as one wise man said...👇;-)
